The appraisal report is protection against exaggerated real estate prices. When one buys a property, the Land Registry requests the valuation report validated by the SPK as a proof document that the purchase was made at the correct price. The addressee is the direct real estate appraisal department of the Land Registry Administration. The process takes 3 to 6 days.
