Alpina provide a comprehensive property cleaning and maintenance service, whether you use the property purely for your own use, or you let to holiday makers to create an income. We pride ourselves on our excellent level of service. Our trustworthy and dedicated staff aim to ensure your property is presented in the best possible condition at all times.
Airport Transfers.
Email/phone us with your flight details and we will ‘meet and greet’ you or your clients/guests at the airport and transfer your party to and from your destination. We use only trained and insured drivers and clean air conditioned vehicles.
Cleaning and Changeovers.
‘Word of mouth’ advertising is probably about the best you can get! It is our intention to ensure that each visit or booking goes as smoothly as possible. Before you or your guests arrive, your property will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected, bedding and towels etc. changed and a welcome pack provided if required. Hopefully this will result in your guests re-booking and recommending your property to others. (Maid-Service during lets can be arranged at extra cost)
Key-holding. . .
We will securely hold the keys of your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests. We retain a master key and if you or your guests lose them, we will have copies made the same day! Key-holding also enables us to deliver welcome packs inspect and carry out maintenance or repairs, should you require this service. Our telephone number will be left with the guests in case of emergency and they will be able to contact us at anytime.
Property Maintenance.: . .
A maintenance visit consists of weekly inspections, airing and checking the property is safe, clean and tidy and ready for occupation. We will test all appliances, security systems, replace light bulbs etc. and check sanitary-ware is functioning properly. We will also submit periodic reports via fax or email to you and act on any instructions re. repairs. (photographic evidence is also possible) Painting and decorating services can be arranged – (see ‘Other services’)
Gardens, grounds maintenance can be provided, including plant maintenance, grass cutting and watering on a daily basis (twice during very hot season)
Pool maintenance is a separate service, which can be added to maintenance contract, and consists of weekly inspections, skimming, vacuum cleaning and testing for water quality. All necessary dosing calculations are carried out by our engineer and chemicals added as required, to keep you pool in optimum condition. (supplied by us unless otherwise arranged) Breakdown of pumps etc. will be reported to you or repaired at additional cost. Also, if required annual emptying, inspections and repairs can be arranged. All contracts can be tailor-made to suite your requirements.

Consultation Service .If you are considering letting, we provide a complete consultation service advising you how set-up or improve your property. We will meet with you on site and advise on all aspects of letting, equipping etc. and how to achieve maximum potential.
Other Services .We are happy to help with problems that may occur- free of charge! including inspecting your property and obtaining quotations for general maintenance, painting and decorating or building works on your behalf. Help with moving-in, obtaining furnishings etc. can be arranged and also we will advise on gathering tourist guides and local information. We also supply taxi’s and car hire at reasonable rates. We are always on hand to help you and your guests with local information on entertainment, restaurants etc. and can organize special trips – by boat or coach to various exciting destinations, jeep safaris, diving trips and lessons, white-water rafting, Turkish nights etc. etc. – through our travel agency – Alpinas Travel
